WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship within the United States only.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, and occasionally an item can take up to 3 weeks depending on the fulfillment partner and carrier volume. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
We work with several fulfillment partners, so a multi-item order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days. This never adds to your shipping cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All orders ship with tracking. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at hello@gadgetsmode.com and we'll resend it or refund you. Please see our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Because some items ship from international warehouses, a package may occasionally be held briefly in US customs, which can extend delivery times.
